The venue you choose matters, not just for housing guests but for photos too!

Are there good photo backdrops, will there be other buildings/distracting elements in the background, and what is the rain plan? Those are all good questions to think about when considering how your photographs will turn out at the venue.

It can be helpful to bring your photographer along on a walkthrough a month or few months prior to your wedding to ensure that you’re on the same page about where you want your photos to happen. At the same time, make sure to trust that your photographer has an eye to get the best lighting and framing for your images.
