Sorry I really don’t post on here enough. This post is dedicated to what’s become our biggest seller, cabinet painting. There are many reasons for its popularity including.....the cabinets are completed in just a few days, there's no sanding or dust in your home, the cabinet doors are taken off site to our shop to be sprayed, the finish is extremely DURABLE & most importantly the cost is just a fraction of what it costs to replace them! The step by step process is as follows:
- Remove the doors & hardware (numbering each hinge & installing the exact same location). Doors will be taken off site to be sprayed in my shop. Stationary parts of cabinets will ill be painted on sites
- De-gloss the current finish & lightly sand any rough surfaces
- Prime all surfaces with an oil-based primer
- Paint the cabinets either two coats of a Urethane finish in the color of the customer's choice. We use self leveling paint that leave little texture to create a factory-finish look. We work with a number of vendors & products. The exact product we use will depend on your specific project
- Reinstall the doors & hardware
