Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and surprise yourself in this free bodyweight-only outdoor fitness class w/Morgan from Pinksten Performance! We’ll build serious strength and core stability using nothing but gravity, grit, and good tunes! This class will be mostly strength focused but with full body movements we will enter into the cardiovascular world as well. No equipment, no excuses—just you, your body, and a whole lot of fun👏🏼
