Congratulations to CW2 Neal Barlow for being honored with the 2025 State of Utah Service Member of the Year Award in the Warrant Officer category!
CW2 Barlow was one of several individuals honored at the Utah Service Member of the Year ceremony at the Utah State Capitol building. The ceremony honored military, first responders, and civilians for their contributions to the state of Utah in this past year.
