Kick off opening night cowboy-style on the rim of Bryce Canyon! Dress to impress in your western best—boots, hats, and all. Savor sizzling steak and juicy chicken with all the classic sides, then gather around the fire for gooey s’mores as the sun sets over the hoodoos. Mingle with friends and colleagues, swap stories, and build new connections in the glow of a canyon sunset. It’s western charm, great food, and networking under the stars—all in one incredible opening night experience.

We’re excited to announce Josiah Brown, The New York Sherpa, as the keynote speaker for the 2025 Utah Tourism Conference!
His keynote, "The Future of Vibrant Communities Powered by the Visitor Economy," will explore how tourism drives more than visitation—it helps create places where people want to live, work, and play.
Josiah will also lead a breakout session, "The Art of Speaking Advocacy," designed to help tourism professionals communicate with confidence as powerful advocates for the industry.
