Tonight's UPAN Monthly Meeting was one for the books!

We were joined by Domique Vetter-Cole, HRSS Case Manager with Utah Case Management, who walked our community through the Housing Related Services and Supports (HRSS) program, including $2,000 in transition funding available to eligible individuals coming out of incarceration or treatment. Her work is the kind of hands-on, person-centered support that changes lives.

The second half of the meeting turned into a powerful community conversation about the Inmate Placement Program (IPP), with families sharing what it really looks like when a loved one is suddenly transferred to a county jail with little notice, limited programs, and video-only visitation.
