Utah Woman claims: "4 consecutive weeks is not in best interest of children" for fathers summer vacation time with his children (See breakdown of times in image)
The 4 week "minimum" time is Utah State outlined in the law. https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title30/Chapter3/30-3-S35.html
This mother is clearly breaking the law every time she's not allowing the father to have this time with his children during those times.
Best interest for kids is 50/50 with both parents.
What are you thoughts? Should she spend some time in Jail?
