🏡 Quick Mortgage & Housing Update:

Mortgage rates moved up a little today after a new inflation report came out higher than expected — mostly because gas and energy prices went up. The good news is some experts believe this could be temporary.

On the bright side, buyer activity is picking back up, which is a great sign for the housing market. More people are getting back out there and making moves again. 👏

The biggest mistake I’m seeing right now? People waiting for the “perfect” interest rate. The market changes every day, and trying to time it perfectly can cause buyers to miss opportunities.
