The work is loud. The mornings are early, the inbox is full, the calendar is color-coded into oblivion. From the outside it probably looks like I’m doing too much and from the inside it sometimes does too.
But the reason is quiet. It’s this hour, on this swing, with these three and the fact that nobody had to ask permission for it. Not a boss, not a schedule, not a someday version of my life that was always five years out.
That’s the whole thing. Not the closings, not the bookings, not the launches. Those are just the scaffolding. The life is what gets built inside it and you don’t get to outsource that part to a future version of yourself who finally has time.

Three generations gathered together in Driggs, Idaho at the height of summer; wildflowers everywhere, that lush green mountain air, and the clouded Tetons rising in the distance. There’s something about bringing family together for portraits in this place that feels less like a session and more like documenting legacy.
Grandparents, parents, plus one, all in the frame, all in the this beautiful place to connect and enjoy family time.

There’s something about early summer—the warm light stretching longer each evening, the grass turning that electric green that begs you to sink your toes in and stay awhile.
These are the kinds of evenings that turn into memories. The ones you’ll want to hold onto when the kids are taller, the days are busier, and life feels just a little faster.
I’m so ready for summer to show up in full force. Summer is 𝘮𝘺 season. What is your season?

Slow mornings, warm pancakes, and love that lingers. 🥞🍊 Wrapped in the quiet of the porch, flipping pages of scripture, and soaking in the scent of lilacs in the breeze. These are the moments that feel like forever.
