🍂 Happy October 🍁
October arrives as a gentle exhale after the whirlwind of eclipse season. A sacred breath that invites us to slow down and realign. The trees remind us of the beauty of release, letting go in one last burst of color, and the air shifts carrying us deeper in reflection. This is the season of harvest and turning inward.
It is a month to honor both shadow and light, to listen for what is stirring beneath the surface, and to step with reverence into the next chapter of our becoming.
As we move through these thresholds I invite you to join me in circle this month. Together, with cacao and sound as our guides, we will honor the season, release what no longer serves us, and root into the harmony awaiting us.

Last Thursday, I closed out my third year as a Waldorf early childhood teacher.
A path I stepped into to support my family after a big life move, and one that has shaped me deeply.
I gave it everything: my time, my spirit, my body, my heart.
But I ended the year depleted. Exhausted. Etherically drained.
Today in meditation, I pulled this oracle card:
RETREAT. REST. REFUEL.
And I heard it loud and clear:
“The most selfless thing you can do is to fill up your own inner well.”
stillness, meditation, and sound healing has been my anchors through it all, my way of staying connected to the frequency of truth and vitality. But now, I know it’s time to pour that medicine inward. To remember that rest is not a luxury, but a sacred responsibility.
I’m stepping into a season of restoration.
Of deep listening.
Of reclaiming my energy and letting it return to overflow.
We can only offer what we have. And the more I tend to myself now, the more spaciousness I’ll have to serve through sound, through presence, through love.
If you’re also feeling the call to rest, you’re not alone.
This is the medicine.
This is the work.
I’ll be sharing more of my journey outside of sound healing in the coming weeks.
