It has come to our attention that other entities are operating as Perfect Day Productions.
Our brand and trademark was accepted by the United States Government after an expensive and exhaustive name search many years ago. We have a federal tax ID number that we operate with, and we have done business globally since conception.
NO ONE but us can legally operate or do business as Perfect Day Productions, anywhere in the United States.
It is unfortunate that some people are not professional or respectful enough to do the research and work it takes to legitimately operate a business.
Please take that into consideration prior to engaging into any transaction with an entity that bears our name but is not us.
Our legal team is preparing initial action at this time with all known entities using our name in advertisement (wedding wire, the knot for example) or conducting business transactions unlawfully using our name in their activities.
We thank all of our current and future clients for their patience as we correct this matter.
