My second week schedule!!
I use leftovers from wed for Thursday.

Monday: egg roll in a bowl …new fav dish
There are a ton of good recipes
Tuesday:Buffalo chicken Patties …they were super mushy…but I just soooned it in my cast iron skillet and mushed it into a “parrie” …so good (thanks Annie Scanlon!)
Wednesday : will have with salad and probably refried beans
Thursday: will use leftovers from Wednesday and make new dinner!! Will have with rice(or cauli rice)cilantro/lime juice/jalapeño
Friday: maybe Rebol??
Saturday:wings
Jared (hubby) will use dry rub…I’ll use primal kitchen bbq and salad
