Dublin: Elected officals say they were unaware of developer James Tong's criminal probe Developer James Tong continued to lavish politicians with cash and push projects through city agencies during a 2 -year probe into allegations that he flouted environmental regulations in Dublin and submitted forged mitigation receipts for $3.2 million to the city.
