🔹 8-10 Hours of Sleep Every Night
▫️ Prioritizing Protein & Fruits
🔹 10-Minute Warm-Up Routine for the Court

This is where we see the MOST injuries occur over any other month!

Why?

Because records aren’t on the line.

You just “supposed to be getting work”

Which is idiotic 🙄

But the reality of what every program does

So we have to adjust - and we do it with every single player!

Program according to their needs & health

So they can perform in July for AAU 🏀

And the next season for their school

Without fear of recurring injury ✅
