Persons will perform commercial cleaning duties in an office/conference disinfect surfaces, pull trash, dust, dusting, vacuum, and clean the bathroom near Olentangy near Riverside, or Chatham off Kenny Rd in Columbus, OH. This would be medical office/exam room cleaning, Monday thru Friday, 5-9 p.m., $15 hr. Disenfect surfaces, pull trash, sweep, and mop, vacuuming, dusting.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and support administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
• Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls
• Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
• Follow office policies and procedures, in order to ensure a clear and concise working environment.
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and discuss with management for implementation
• Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports, schedule laundry pickup.
• Schedule interviews, follow up, and create calendar entries for manager
• Receive interviewees and work through the application with needed. Copy personal documentation and ensure the application is complete prior to the interview
• Assist managers in data research.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
