Have you informed your children about school bus safety? Make sure to let your children know to:
⁃ Stand at least 6 feet away from the curb when waiting for the bus
⁃ Arrive early
⁃ Never walk behind the bus
⁃ Let the driver know if you dropped something
⁃ Make eye contact with the driver when walking in front of the bus
⁃ Wait until the bus has fully stopped with the door open to approach
⁃ Use handrails when possible
