We're excited to be joining the fun at this year's Kiwanis Kids Day and bringing a little extra creativity along with us!

The Authentic Connection & DuBrick have partnered to host a hands-on LEGO® activity table where kids can build, create, and let their imaginations soar.

Today we picked up EB (Easter Bunny) from the spa (Fashion Touch Cleaners) and were reminded just how lucky we are to be surrounded by amazing local businesses and people who truly care. At The Authentic Connection, we exist to help the community make authentic connections through fun and creative ways. From family events and community outreach to partnerships, volunteer opportunities, and meaningful moments together—we’re passionate about bringing people together.

We believe authentic connections create stronger communities, and that teamwork is what truly makes OUR community work.

Are you looking for a fun way to be apart of an annual tradition?

The Galena Halloween Parade happens every year and they are looking for volunteers to help make it possible. You can sign up through the Galena Area Chamber of Commerce.

We’re feeling lucky to be surrounded by such an incredible community of businesses, sponsors, and volunteers. Your passion and dedication are what make Galena such a special place to live, work, and visit.

As you plan your list of where you want to dedicate your time in 2026, the Galena Chamber is in need of 80 volunteers to make the Annual Galena Parade on October 31st, a success and to keep it safe for all!
