APPETIZERS
Tropical Fruit Baked Brie – Baked brie in a puffed pastry. Finished with a tropical fruit salsa. Baked and served with warm pita
Vegetable Spring Dip – Roasted spring vegetables in a smoked gouda three cheese blend. Baked and finished with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Served with warm pretzels or fresh veggies.
Stuffed Avocado – Grilled avocado stuffed with a shrimp and scallop salad. Finished with blistered tomatoes and balsamic vinegar reduction.
Garlic Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms – Roasted mushrooms in a garlic balsamic sherry butter sauce. Finished with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. Service in a cast iron with toast points.
Cajun Mussels – Pan seared mussels, red onion, andouille sausage in a Cajun white wine butter sauce. Served with toast points.
Chop Salad – Fresh romaine, tomato, cucumber, red onion, zucchini, yellow squash, chickpeas, avocado, radish, and feta cheese chopped salad. Finished with lemon parsley vinaigrette. – Add a protein! Chicken, Shrimp, Salmon, or Beef

Pork Tenderloin- Grilled pork tenderloin with a pineapple mole. Finished with escabeche. Served over coconut, cilantro, lime rice.
Brick Grilled Half Chicken – Brick grilled half chicken with a garlic, lemon, natural reduction sauce. Served with roasted potato vegetable hash.
New Zealand Lamb Shank – Slow roasted New Zealand lamb shank with a blueberry, mint, red wine demi sauce. Served over mashed red potatoes.
Jerk Salmon – Grilled jerk salmon with a tropical fruit salsa. Served over coconut, cilantro, lime rice.
Seafood Cioppino – Sautéed mussels, shrimp, scallops, and white fish in a homemade cioppino stew. Served with toast points.
Roasted Vegetable Risotto – Sautéed roasted vegetables in a fresh made risotto. Finished with a blistered tomato and parmesan cheese. Add a protein – Chicken, shrimp, salmon, or scallops

PASTA

Seafood Pasta – Sautéed shrimp, mussels, scallops, red onion, tomato, and artichoke in a basil, white wine, lemon, beurre blanc sauce. Served with angel hair pasta and finished with parmesan cheese.
Beef Pappardelle – Sautéed beef, onion, mushroom, and bell pepper in a red wine demi sauce. Served over pappardelle pasta and finished with feta cheese.
Lasagna Rollups - Lasagna noodles layered with meat sauce, spinach, and homemade béchamel. Rolled, lightly pan-fried, and finished with marinara and a melted mozzarella-parmesan cheese blend.
Cajun Mac & Cheese – Sautéed andouille sausage, chicken, shrimp, red onion, tomato, and pepper in a spicy smoked gouda cheese sauce. Baked with penne pasta and finished with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
