Richard was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire service call. I had a power outage affecting the lower half of my house, along with an exterior power issue. He quickly diagnosed the problems, explained everything clearly, and resolved all issues. His workmanship was excellent, and he made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. I highly recommend Richard for any electrical work and would gladly use his services again.
