We're looking to add a couple more team members to our crew IMMEDIATELY! Enjoy a job that involves fresh air, dirt digging, power tools, and a fun atmosphere.
You'll kick off Spring with yard/landscaping cleanup and lawn-mowing. As the season progresses, we'll get into decorative curbing, installs of new landscaping beds and gardens, and various projects for elite clientele in the Dubuque area.

Growing landscaping business seeks landscape and lawn care laborer. A successful candidate will be a dependable, honest, hardworking individual with good customer service skills and can maintain a positive attitude while working as a team alongside other employees and the business owner.
Taking pride in one’s work, attention to detail and the ability to be self-directed on the job are essential character traits. Must be able to work from 7:30a-5:00p Monday-Friday and willing to outside in all weather conditions. Candidates must have a clean driving record.
Job Responsibilities:
o Work closely with other crew members to perform a variety of landscaping duties including but not limited to:
o Install interlocking and decorative concrete edging
o Lay sod, spread rock and mulch, plant plants
o Build retaining walls, lay paver patios, and slab concrete
o Hardscapes, pruning (running chainsaw), and ability to
operating skid steer preferred
o Snow removal (shoveling, driving a truck with
attached plow
o Operate walk-behind, zero-turn mowers, and lawn
tractor mowers
o Identify and safely operate hand and power tools,
trimmers, shear pruners, leaf blowers
o Drive a truck with a 16' trailer, teach and instruct other crew members
o Run a route efficiently and pay attention to detail
o Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing
materials on site
o Be willing to learn and develop new skills
Qualifications:
o Clean driving record and reliable transportation
(commuting to job sites is required)
o Experience in landscaping is preferred, starting pay based on experience level
o Have basic plant and w**d knowledge
o Self-motivated, punctual, and strong work ethic
o Own work boots and be able to lift 50 lbs. of weight frequently throughout the workday

Required experience:
o Driving truck and trailer
o Landscaping: 1-year experience desired but not required. Willing to train.
