Today, we honor the men and women who lived that truth long before we ever put a bar in our hands.

To every Veteran who stood watch, served with courage, and carried the kind of load most of us will never fully understand, thank you. Your strength is the standard. Your sacrifice is the reminder that the freedoms we enjoy, inside and outside the gym, were built on real commitment.
