We're currently looking for a new Helpdesk Supervisor to monitor, assess and coach staff in exceptional customer service. Will resolve escalated situations and coach the staff on handling escalations. You will also ensure the team meets or exceeds our corporate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain Help Desk Dashboard data to track both individual and team performance metrics.
