Job Responsibilities:

- Deep-Clean/Turn Apartments as residents move-out
- Sanitizing the property daily & frequently
- Clean common areas & front lobby
- Clean a guest suite as guests check-out & Stock with Linens/Towels
- Assist with exterior & interior cleaning projects
- Assist with snow removal as needed
- Caretaking Responsibilities such as water plants, pulling weeds, mowing, and assisting in other outdoor tasks in the appropriate season
- Working with Maintenance Supervisor on any other tasks that may need to be completed

Reliable transportation and cleaning experience required.

Come join our team at ENDI! We are seeking a Full-Time, experienced Maintenance Technician.

ENDI is a mid-rise luxury, apartment community of 142 apartments and several retailers.

Requirements:
- General maintenance background
- Apartment or Multi-Housing Family Experience Preferred
- Experience in Painting preferred
- Knowledge in Carpentry preferred
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be okay rotating on-call schedule, available some holidays and weekends if needed

Job Responsibilities Would Include:

- Checking-In with Maintenance Supervisor for Regular Meetings
- Maintaining building, grounds, and apartments with regular maintenance & assisting in inspections where needed
- Doing Regular walk-arounds of Property addressing anything that needs attention, checking trash & trash rooms, checking electrical rooms and water heaters also during this time
- Checking work orders and completing daily
- Completing the Maintenance & any necessary painting in apartments according to the make-ready schedule for new move-in’s
- Following daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly tasks in Maintenance Department per direction of Maintenance Supervisor
- Lawncare Maintenance as needed in Summer Months
- Snow Removal as needed in Winter Months
