Some important info and advice from one of our great tenants in the Arrowpointe Medical Center, In Motion Therapy. ⬇️

(And we currently have fairly blue skies over Arrowpointe! Nice break from the smoke.)

Hey Duluth! As most of us know, the conditions outside this week have not been ideal due to the wildfire smoke in our area. This chart was taken directly from the CDC website and Duluth is currently falling into the hazardous category. With outdoor activities being limited, we wanted to offer some encouragement to still stay active and in motion, indoors! Here are some indoor exercises to try at home that require no equipment:

•Strengthening: bridging, squats, step ups, push ups, lunges (10-20 reps x 3 sets)

•Cardio: walking/jogging stairs indoors, jump rope (can do without actual jump rope), jumping jacks, burpees, pogo jumps, line hops (set timer for 30-60 seconds, rest 30-60 and repeat)
