Job Overview: The HR Intern will support initiates related to human resources.
Position Objectives:
Maintain the employee appreciation board
Maintain the employee newsletter
Post job openings
Assist with employment application intake
Updates and maintains employee applicant spreadsheet
Perform personnel file maintenance
Assist in pre-employment process
Perform new hire paperwork
Assist with HR projects
Assist with benefits administration
Upkeep social media accounts
Perform website maintenance
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Must have good verbal communication skills
Ability to follow both oral and written instructions
Seeking a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Must be proficient with Microsoft word and excel
