We have a few mats available for tomorrow’s 1:00 PM yoga session at Family Freedom Center.
Join Symytry Yoga for a brief, gentle session immediately following the Elders Luncheon. Before heading across the street for the Juneteenth Celebration, take a moment to slow down, stretch, and center yourself.
This session is open to adults and elders and is perfect for beginners and first-time participants.
Doors close promptly at 1:05 PM.
