It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Gary Wannemacher who served our company with dedication, leadership, and integrity for 38 years. Gary was more than a leader—he was a mentor, a trusted colleague, and a friend to so many across our organization. His commitment to excellence and the relationships he built left a lasting impact on our team and the customers we serve.

Gary was a true industry legend and gave his entire career to Nth Degree. He helped build our foundation, forge our culture and led the way in developing the service standards that we still use today.

Even after his retirement, his legacy has continued to shape our company and inspire those who had the privilege of working alongside him as they carry on his whatever-it-takes approach to any challenge and his commitment to personal relationships. While he is best known for his leadership in the Chicago market, Gary supported our opening and growth in almost every market. He navigated tough conditions to establish and navigate relationships that led to our presence and leadership in these markets that we enjoy today. The one word everyone used to describe Gary throughout his career is respect – he earned it and he demonstrated it to everyone he encountered.

In the midst of a busy install at AAD in Denver, we took a moment to recognize several award-winning team members. Mike Macauley received both his Project Manager of the Quarter plaque AND his 35th anniversary award - WOW! How fortunate we are to have Mike on the team for this many years!

Rickey Feledy received his plaque from his PM of the Quarter win last year and Anthony Spiotto received his official plaque after winning PM of the Year for 2025! The amount of talent and experience that these PMs and their teams have is unparalleled. Thanks to all of you!
