Research is important for a marketing strategy because it helps you understand your target market and their needs.

Today began a series of three chapters in which you can discover a guide to establishing a marketing strategy based on the team's specialists' expertise. The first guide is research-based. Important factors to remember:

-To create a marketing strategy, it is important to first understand the company's business background, target group, and market analysis.
-For the target group we propose to keep in mind 2 quantifiable data variables, which we call hard segmentation, and then 2 qualitative data variables we will call soft segmentation.
-There are a variety of ways to segment a target group, including geographic, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral segmentation.
-Various methods can be used to conduct target market research, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and more.
-The business background is important for marketing because it helps to ensure that the strategy is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
-Market analysis is important for understanding the competition and identifying opportunities. You can analyze different points like competence, pricing, and the business itself with a matrix like SWOT.
