✔️ More affordable entry into homeownership vs. single-family homes.

⚠️ Cons:
❌ HOA fees—like a subscription, but for your home!
❌ Less control—you might need approval for renos or even what color your curtains are. 😬
❌ Shared walls = Hope your neighbors aren’t drummers! 🥁
