Very exciting to see the ribbon cutting at the new Speer YMCA and Mangrove Bay Middle School project in St. Pete. This public / private partnership is a unique facility and PlaceMaker Design Studio, LLC is proud to be involved as the landscape architect of record. We enjoyed working with the design team including Harvard Jolly | PBK, Wannemacher Jensen Architects, Inc., and Vickstrom Engineering Services, Inc.. Great work by Creative Contractors Inc. as well.

Nice to see construction progress at Solstice at Wellen Park. Our office provided landscape architecture services that included an exterior resort-style amenity package for the clubhouse and common areas.
