Ms. Alaina's Tutoring

Ms. Alaina's Tutoring provides the help your child needs to grow academically and socially. One-hour sessions are tailored to the specific needs of your child. Ms. Alaina can assist with homework (so you don't have to!), consult with your child's teacher to align skills lessons with your curriculum, and even provide enrichment if your student is ready to go above and beyond.

Homeschool Teacher Coaching is also available to assist parents with lesson planning, creating/finding resources, and designing assessments. Side-by-side co-teaching is offered to help you facilitate learning activities, find students' individual motivators, and assist with behavioral supports.

My name is Alaina Zyhowski and I hold a Master of Science degree in Childhood Education and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science. I have fourteen years of experience in the field of education, including two years in Outdoor Ed at YMCA Camp Willson where we focused on experiential learning. I have over 200 hours of tutoring experience and look forward to helping your child set goals, learn, and grow!
