Dunkirk Multiplex

**Working on it Wednesday!** 🍟

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a WoW, but there’s been a ton of projects under way! Today's project alone could’ve been a 3-part mini series! And I’ll cover more of it in a future post… but for now, we’ve kinda done a big thing and want to share!

We just installed a multi-compartment commercial air fryer/oven! This machine is awesome — it can “deep fry” foods with just air, no need for expensive hood venting or fire suppression systems. It has three separate compartments that can cook three different items at completely different temperatures and settings at the same time.

Best part? Air frying makes these items a lot healthier than traditional deep frying in oil!

I’m hoping to get the last few accessories we’re waiting on tomorrow, and then we’ll be able to start selling! We’re kicking things off with **Pizza Logs** (my personal favorite), cheese sticks, chicken fingers, and 8" pizzas!

A lot of people walk in and say one of two things:
“I’m starving, do you have any food items?”
or
“We just ate, we don’t want anything.”

Only having popcorn, nachos, and candy put us in a tough spot for both groups. Concessions are how we keep the doors open and fund all these upgrades, so we’re really excited to offer more substantial (and tasty) options. If every person who came through just grabbed $10 in concessions, we’d be able to renovate the whole theater in no time!

We’re still learning the machine and dialing in the perfect settings, but the early test runs have been looking 🔥 (see photos!). I of course had to have several test runs of the Pizza Logs to make sure I got the settings right. Oh the things I suffer through for our fellow movie goers... 😂
