My driving force, my why, is the students who call our community home and their loving families - I owe it to them to make a difference.

What's often overlooked is the how.

My how is beautifully straightforward yet profoundly impactful: every Resident Advisor I've had the privilege of working with is my how, empowering me every day. I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such incredible individuals.
