I have made the incredibly difficult but necessary decision to close Chazlap Flooring LLC for good. There were many elements involved in this decision. Economics, the lack of reliable help, the inconsistency of workflow, my inability to complete jobs in a timely manner by myself, my inability to balance family and business, personal injuries due to working alone, and several other factors contributed to this decision. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of my customers, contractors, and flooring stores who put time, effort, and faith in my ability to install flooring in your homes and businesses. I was blessed to have been able to make personal relationships from business interactions that will last for years to come. I've been contacted by customers who have begged me not to give up and even offered help but when it's done, it's done. It's time to find a new way to make a living and devote more time to my family. I'm not sure what this next chapter in my life has in store but I'll forever be grateful for my time in business here in beautiful East Tennessee. God Bless you all and thank you for everything.
