🌧️🐔 It’s a cozy, rainy morning at the Durango Farmers Market - and we’re here for it! 🐔🌧️
Today marks the second-to-last market of the season, and our farm-raised chickens are going fast! Stock up your freezers, and today would be the perfect day to roast a chicken!!
We’re stocked and ready with:

🐔 That’s a wrap on butchering season!
Our farm-raised chickens are officially ready, and they’re going fast! Stock up your freezer with wholesome, hormone-free goodness raised right here at Chick’n Bac’n Ranch in the heart of Durango.
You can find us this Saturday on Main Street for the 2nd Saturdays on Main Durango Farmers Market, where we’ll have:
🍗 Farm-Raised Whole Chickens
🥚 Rainbow Eggs
🐾 Homemade Dog Treats
If you need recipe ideas, we’ve got you covered - our favorite way to cook our chickens this year has been beer can style on the grill. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely delicious. 😋🔥

🐓✨ From Our Ranch to Your Table ✨🐓
This week we butchered about 70 chickens (well… by “we” I mean Booker 😅). If you know us, you know we’re a little crazy and run this whole meat bird operation ourselves-no consistent outside help. It’s truly a labor of love. Booker was out there butchering by the moonlight until 2am with coyotes howling in the distance. 🌙🐺
We’ve got one more round to butcher next week, and a good chunk of these birds are already spoken for. 💨

👉 Remaining chickens will also be available at the 2nd Saturday Durango Farmers Market on Main Street and at Graze Colorado’s Downtown Bistro.
After this final round, we’ll have raised and butchered over 1,200 chickens this year 💪🏽-and we can’t thank you enough for supporting our small ranch.

The Chick’n Bac’n Ranch crew will be out on Main Street at 11th with a LIMITED number of our farm-raised whole chickens and beautiful rainbow eggs 🐓🌈.
PLUS — we’ll have all your favorite freeze-dried goodies stocked and ready to go! 🍓🍬
