Spotlight on our Thai Red Curry - a crowd favorite, without doubt!!

A decadent coconut red curry peanut sauce over green beans, carrot, bell pepper, hearty greens, basil, and jasmine rice.

AND with the option to make it spicy with an included packet of dehydrated sriracha 🌶! OH YEAH

In partnership with , the Four Rivers Collaborative is hosting the Junction Creek Tour NEXT FRIDAY (July 29th) from 9AM-1PM 🥳 Meet us at the trailhead of the at 9AM!

This tour is open to the PUBLIC. Never been to a tour with Four Rivers? That's okay, we welcome newcomers! This tour will be focused on recreation values in the Junction Creek area, and we are seeking additional voices + perspectives from the recreation community. The tour will consist of three stops: Junction Creek at the Colorado Trail trailhead; the Hidden Valley trail system; and the Fall Creek Ranch Neighborhood. Each stop will focus on a different set of recreation, hydrologic, fisheries, fuels, and/or vegetation management proposed actions.

Stakeholders of the Four Rivers Resilient Forest Collaborative have been working with San Juan National Forest staff to guide the development of Junction Creek Environmental Assessment, which kicked off with a demonstration timber management project within the Log Chutes trail system in 2021. We are looking forward for you to join us in this exciting opportunity to get involved and see the progress. 😄 Any interested member of the p***c should contact the Four Rivers Coordinator, Anthony Culpepper, [email protected], for more information. See you Friday!
