Basking in prayers of Thanksgiving after session,

the wisdom that comes through during these is always so alive

so often we already know what we need &
We just need some validation
that it’s OK to set the boundaries,
make the requests,
receive provisions..

Mm I LOVE reflecting wisdom back to my clients. Next steps always feel so manageable. And in a we have to fix s**t world it’s so lovely to just amplify what’s already naturally happening and remove the blocks from receiving the healing that’s already happening
