As a Title VI Native American student, Rayen is courageously sharing his personal journey with dyslexia through storytelling, creativity, and perseverance. His story is a reminder that every child learns differently—and that those differences deserve to be seen, supported, and celebrated. 💛
“Reading My Own Way” is available now on Amazon for anyone who would like to support this incredible young author.

Thank you Elders for joining us for Talk with the Elders field trip. Our Durango Title 6 students 3rd-5th grade had a beautiful time listening to our local elders in our community share their stories and why it’s important for each of them to sit with their elders and listen to the stories and wisdom to carry on to the generations of relatives.
A special thank you to for setting up the talk and sharing with our youth.
