Home build update: here’s what we’ve been up to for the last two and a half months.
This slideshow feels like a highlight reel of accomplishments. Which is fun to look back on but was a lot more strenuous in reality. We’ve definitely caught some lucky breaks, sometimes the weather wins and sometimes we have just enough rocks stacked on top of things that don’t blow away.
My parents have been amazing, coming out to help Jaci and I when we really need to get something finished and sending me constant weather updates. We have had a bunch of great days as well, making real progress on our way to something permanent. Feels like we have hit a nice checkpoint. I’ll be back in the woodshop a few days a week now with a long list of exciting projects!
