I found what was missing.

The last few months something has been off with me, my Chi has been messed up.
I didn’t know what was causing it.
I have improved my eating habits, been drinking alot of water , been exercising and I have been even getting pretty good sleep.

Then it hit me, I haven’t been doing as many Kenpo workouts as I use to. As a matter of fact, it was really down to only once or twice every 2 weeks.

I got so busy working both jobs and all the other stuff, I neglected the one thing that has kept me center for most of my life , my KENPO .

I went from teaching almost every day down to the bare minimum of actually doing any Kenpo.

I started to focus on Kenpo again the last few weeks and guess what,
I ‘am definitely feeling like my old self.

If someone asked me if I’m back in the Kenpo world I would tell them “ Ya, I think I’m back!”
