Sometimes we just need permission to gently groove ourselves back into wellness! Join us at 6:15 PM this Friday at Reality Ballroom (916 Lamond Ave, Durham, NC 27701) for Community ShaGa! ✨
In ShaGa, our body is our refuge where we create a space for movement, mindfulness, and healing through rhythm 💗 Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to move barefoot or in socks.
Donations of $10–$20 are appreciated, but never required—your presence is always priceless to us 💖

September was amazing, and we loved seeing all the beautiful movers who joined us! We can’t wait to share this experience with you again, so let’s move, connect, and create more magic together as we welcome a new month!

Last Friday was such an amazing time, thank you to everyone who came out and moved with us! We’re so excited to gather again this week to connect and recharge ❣️
✨ Please note: for the remainder of the year, Community ShaGa will now run from 6:15–7:15pm.✨

We missed everyone last month, but we’re back and so excited to groove, connect, and recharge with you again❣️

🎉 Today’s the day! We’re thrilled to kick off our Community ShaGa Class at Reality this evening at 6 PM. Dancers, yogis, family members, and movers of all kinds are welcome to explore movement in new and dynamic ways. Join us as we approach movement as a healing and ever-changing power, using evocative ideas and imagery! ShaGa Community classes are open to everyone and available by donation—no signup required! Just come and groove with us! 💃
