📢 Duke L&OD would like to send a BIG congratulations to our 2025 Duke Leadership (DLA) & Duke Management Academy (DMA) participants who have been selected to be a part of this year's cohort!
The goal of our DMA program is to develop middle managers from all business units within Duke University and the Health System, with a desire to sharpen their leadership skills🎖!
Participation in our DLA program are selected based on nominations by Duke's Vice Presidents and Deans🎖!
We are very excited to take part in this year's participant's 12-month development journey!

On December 2nd, Duke Learning & Organization Development hosted its annual, Duke Leadership Academy graduation ceremony! 👨🎓🎉👩🎓
