All Weather Heating & Cooling is a family‑owned, growing business in Durham, NC. We’re customer‑centric, fast‑paced, supportive—and we need hardworking, experienced technicians who put our customers’ climate comfort first!

🔧 What We Offer:

Competitive pay: $20–$41/hr

Full‑time (40–50 hrs/wk)

Monday–Friday + rotating weekends

🛠️ You’ll Be responsible for, inspecting, maintaining & repairing HVAC systems

Preventative maintenance & diagnostics

Troubleshooting electrical & control components

Replacing worn or defective parts

Keeping equipment clean & performing system tests

📋 You Have:

5+ years as an HVAC Service Technician (required)

EPA Certification & valid driver’s license (required)

NATE certification (preferred)

Ability to relocate to Durham, NC 27703 before start
