🚍💥 Big transit news for the Triangle!

Powered by a $25 million federal RAISE grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation, we’ve joined forces with GoTriangle to build the Triangle Mobility Hub in RTP — a game-changing, multimodal transportation center that’s set to redefine how RTP residents, visitors and its more than 55,000 employees connect, live, work and play.

Here’s what’s coming:

🚌 Modern hub with rideshare, microtransit and comfy waiting areas
🏙️ New homes, retail, public spaces and a new GoTriangle headquarters
🏨 A hotel to support RTP’s growing community
🌱 A more sustainable, connected region with fewer cars on the road

💰 With more than $270 million in long-term economic impact, this 19-acre development will not only ease commutes — it will establish a reliable, frequent and fast regional transit network that boosts access to jobs, healthcare and more across the Triangle.

Hoffman & Associates will lead a team of top-tier architects, engineers and project leaders, such as HDR and LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD., to bring the 19-acre, mixed-use community to life.

🚧 This is the future of mobility — and it’s on the way.

🗝️ Community is key.

We had a great time hosting members of the Research Triangle Park Owners & Tenants Association at RTP HQ! It was a beautiful afternoon of networking, trivia challenges and connection-building bingo, giving local business leaders a chance to catch up with peers and build new relationships.

The refreshments were made even sweeter with bites and treats from favorites like and —underscoring the many faces and places that make RTP special.

Thanks to our RTP O&T members and committee leaders for joining in the fun, and to everyone who helped make it happen. We appreciate your ongoing commitment to shaping the future of RTP.

In a powerful display of solidarity, the RTP community came together with hearts full of compassion and hands ready to support relief efforts for Western North Carolina following Hurricane Helene.

Led by the determined efforts of Anna from and Katie from , , quickly transformed into a hub to sort, box and pack critical supplies that poured in from all across the Triangle.

The initiative saw incredible collaboration from our local partners , , and from , who led additional efforts to collect funds and donations for the cause.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who donated. We’re proud to be part of a community that steps up in times of need.

Stay tuned for more opportunities to support relief efforts in the coming weeks. Together, we are stronger!
