What a great comparison of art, ! Mondrian believed his abstract art could serve as a universal pictorial language representing the dynamic relationship between nature and human experience. This concept is similar to what led our contemporary prototype of this community. The developer sought an innovative and dynamic aesthetic and we are happy to have delivered!



Posted • Brand new Medley at Northwood Landing’s modern exterior was designed by Finley Design PA. It reminds us a bit of Mondrian art, with fresh and updated colors. You’ll see a similar look across the street at MOSAIC at Chatham Park, where the buildings were designed by the same architect. It’s a whole new look and feel for Pittsboro, a place where unique and interesting art and people are celebrated, and we feel right at home!

Our entrance signs were created and provided by Capital Sign Solutions and reflect the community feel with simple and bold design. Innovative ideas are a big part of the atmosphere at MOSAIC and Medley, and are reflected in many components of each.

Loving that MOSAIC at Chatham Park vibe! Can’t beat it!
