On the blog: " I Started A Flower Farm" by Marcia Kirinus, EMGV
Ever wonder what it would be like to start a flower farm in your backyard? Durham gardener Marcia Kirinus shares her experience (a Master Gardener training project), from planning her garden to starting seedlings indoors under lights, to dealing with expenses and challenges. The results were many beautiful flowers and a new tradition of inviting neighborhood children to pick flowers for their mothers on Mother's Day!
