SCI had an amazing day at Phoenix Fest. We met some really amazing children and parents. They got a taste of what SCI is all about. Also two brilliant future engineers completed our Egg Drop Challenge and walked away with a Bluetooth speaker set. Great job guys and gals see you soon!

We've been swamped with young people; had to catch our breath to show you the innovators working hard at Phoenix Fest. We came out here with several games and challenges but by far the Egg Drop Challenge has captivated our audience. Maybe it's because of the Bluetooth speaker set at stake or that our contestants possess an immense amount of determination. Most likely it's the latter.

It's a beautiful day in Durham and we're all setup at Phoenix Fest 2016, ready to share our love of science, math, research and technology with the community. Come check us out and bring home school supplies, plus win cool prizes in the process! Hope to see you there.

SCI will be at the 15th annual Phoenix Festival held on Fayetteville Street tomorrow October 1st. We'll be distributing school supplies and we have a fun activity for the young people (the old folks will like it too). See you there!
