6oz tomato paste
2c red wine
2 tablespoons beef bouillon
4 cups water
4 fresh bayleaf
1 whole garlic
4 shallots

🍠 Roasted Garlic Sweet Potato Puree:
4 Sweet Potato, cut in half
1 stick of butter
1/2c of heavy cream
6 cloves of roasted garlic
Salt and Pepper
