Congratulations to the RTHS Class of 2026! 🎓💚

Last Friday, we celebrated an incredible group of graduates as they crossed the stage and began their next chapter. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and can't wait to see what comes next.

The RTHS Robotics team, the TerrorBytes, had an outstanding weekend competing at the Elon University District Event. They demonstrated exceptional performance, finishing 3rd out of 29 teams in qualification rounds and advancing to the finals in the playoff tournament!

They received the FIRST Impact Award, the most prestigious award in the FIRST Robotics Competition. This recognition reflects the team’s sustained commitment to advancing STEM education and making a meaningful impact in our community. This achievement also qualifies them for the North Carolina State Championship.

We are incredibly proud of our students for their hard work, professionalism, and embodiment of FIRST’s core values throughout the competition.

We look forward to continuing this momentum as we prepare for the State Championship. 🤖
