Closed on Memorial Day
In honor of Memorial Day, we are closed today and tomorrow, May 24-25th. We’ll reopen normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th. Have a safe and happy Memorial Day!

Last week we remembered pets that were lost in 2025 by adding stones to our memorial garden. It's always bittersweet to remember those that are no longer with us, but it is so heart warming to remember the joy that they have brought you and us. It is such an honor to care for your pets; thank you for your trust and allowing us into your homes. 💙🐾🐕🐈

Check out the Local Mobile Vet team at the Pi Day race last weekend! I'm so proud of this hard working bunch and glad to be a part of the Local Mobile team even if I'm not racing these days.

APS community saves sweet Tourmaline!

Gentle senior girl Tourmaline was abandoned outside a local emergency veterinary hospital, and her urine was bright red with blood. She must have been in significant pain, but her spirits were good. She immediately won us over with her expressive eyes and gentle tail wags!

Thanks to the recent generous gift of a portable ultrasound machine from Local Mobile Veterinary Service, Dr. Z discovered several large stones in Tourmaline's bladder. Ouch! She immediately scheduled her for emergency surgery, and the pup is recovering well. Tourmaline is also heartworm-positive, but she'll be available for foster-to-adopt after she is spayed.
